All content provided in the Auramax AI app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and audio files, as well as the arrangement and compilation of such content, is the exclusive property of Auramax AI or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership of the intellectual property within the App. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content may result in legal consequences.

User-Generated Content

Users may have the ability to submit, post, or upload content (such as selfies or comments) to the App. By submitting any content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content.
  • The content does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain any defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable material.

By submitting content, you grant Auramax AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the Services. You acknowledge that any content you submit may be removed or deleted at our discretion.

Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the App or website, and your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
